Our Mission

ServerHi provides clear, practical tutorials for Linux server management, Docker containerization, and DevOps practices. We believe that server administration should be accessible to everyone, from beginners taking their first steps to experienced professionals seeking advanced techniques.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between complex documentation and real-world implementation. Every tutorial is tested, practical, and designed to get you from "what is this?" to "it's working!" as quickly as possible.

Our Story

2024 — The Beginning

ServerHi started as a small collection of personal notes accumulated over years of working with Linux servers. What began as a personal wiki quickly grew into something others found useful.

2025 — Growing the Library

We expanded beyond basic Linux tutorials to include Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security hardening. The community feedback drove us to organize content into clear categories.

2026 — Present Day

Today, ServerHi serves thousands of developers and sysadmins every month. We continue publishing fresh content covering the latest tools and best practices, from Ubuntu 24.04 to MCP servers.

Our Approach

01

Practical & Hands-On

Every tutorial includes real-world examples and step-by-step instructions you can follow immediately. We believe in learning by doing — not just reading theory.

02

Clear Explanations

We explain not just the "how" but also the "why" behind each command and configuration. Understanding the reasoning helps you adapt solutions to your specific needs.

03

Best Practices

Learn industry-standard approaches to security, performance, and maintainability. Our tutorials reflect real-world production environments, not just test labs.

04

Regularly Updated

Technology moves fast. We update our tutorials to cover new versions (Ubuntu 24.04, Docker 27.x, etc.) and emerging best practices as they emerge.

05

Tested Solutions

Every command and configuration in our tutorials has been tested in actual environments. If it doesn't work in our tests, it doesn't go on the site.

Why We Do This

💡

Knowledge Sharing

Technology improves when knowledge is freely shared. We believe everyone benefits from a more informed community.

🎯

Reducing Friction

Getting started with server administration shouldn't require years of experience. We make the basics accessible.

🤝

Community First

Your feedback shapes our content. Tutorial requests, corrections, and suggestions directly influence what we publish.
